Casa de Esperanza mobilizes Latinas and Latin@ communities to end gender-based violence. Our core programs span the continuum of intervention and prevention recognizing that the lived realities and dreams of Latina women and girls and Latin@ families requires both. We are also home to the National Latin@ Network for Healthy Families and Communities (NLN), which provides training and technical assistance across the country; leads public policy initiatives; and conducts community-based participatory research on the intersections of domestic violence and Latin@ identity.

It is central to our mission and goals to center, support, and amplify survivor experiences and voices. Reporting to the Vice President for Advocacy and Survivor Initiatives, the Director will help lead the development and management of organizational strategic plans for how we respond to and support survivors. You will provide organization-wide support and expertise on the development of cross-departmental initiatives and on external relations with the survivor advocacy community. As we continue to innovate, expand our reach, and deepen our impact, you will lead development of new survivor-focused programs and efforts. TIME’S UP is not a direct service provider, but as our work generates inquiries and requests from survivors, you will oversee our direct response with survivors, including ongoing management and evaluation of our internal and external systems and communications.
